Join the team of 7 people as Senior Corporate Officer and contribute to the management and support mission of the fiduciary specialized in financial companies. It manages a portfolio of approximately 100 entities, mainly SOPARFIs, Holdings and securitization vehicles. Your Responsibilities | Senior Legal Officer - Fiduciary - Legal - Corporate

Your mission will mainly consist in ensuring the day-to-day management of your client portfolio with autonomy, notably through regular exchanges with your clients and the implementation of services related to their business needs. This entails the preparation of legal case files and documents required for AML/KYC due diligence.

You prepare and participate in general meetings and board of directors' meetings by drawing up the resulting minutes.

You act as a bridge between your clients and the various competent authorities by coordinating the interactions of banks, auditors, lawyers, etc.

You will have the pleasure to join the project of this fiduciary, taking care to support its growth through the development of your client portfolio, and in this way have the opportunity to contribute directly to shaping the future of the business.

In order to guarantee full autonomy within the function, an experience of at least 3 years in Luxembourg is required. Previous experience within a similar structure (PSF, Fiduciary, etc.) is of relevance.

You masterfully communicate, both in written and orally, in French and English. This will ensure smooth integration with the team and optimize contact with your future clients.

Your ambition is to grow alongside your team and within a collaborative fiduciary in which you will eventually become a key member.
