**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in evaluating compliance risks and developing a control plan.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to both internal stakeholders and regulators.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance structure, primarily addressing Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest, as well as International Sanctions.
- Formulate and implement policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure and amplify compliance initiatives.
- Support training on compliance matters and policies.
- Support the legal department by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing legal opinions and documentation.
**Qualification**:
- You hold a degree in Law
- You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg's legal and regulatory framework.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- A good command of German would be highly appreciated.
- You are able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- You are a team player
