We are inviting a Consolidation Manager to join our team in Luxembourg, who will be responsible for consolidated financial statements, budgeting and financial reporting and modeling processes.

About Artec 3D

**Tasks**:

- Support in accurate, timely and consistent preparation of IFRS financial statement.
- Participate in Group closing and consolidation operations including the intercompany reconciliation process and quality review of reporting packages of subsidiaries.
- Support the local accounting teams to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliancy with IFRS and Group reporting requirements. Preparation of transformation from local GAAPs to IFRS.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements with notes according to IFRS.
- Facilitate answers on requests of financial data, explanations and documentation that can be used by numerous internal stakeholders.
- Cooperate with group and local audit teams in fulfilling audit requirements and monitoring deadlines.
- Support in implementation and development of accounting and/or reporting processes, policies, procedures and systems to strengthen quality framework and finance knowledge across the organization.
- Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing different business solutions.
- Participate in implementation of ERP system.
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by CFO.

**Required skills and competence**:

- Higher education in finance field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience with Consolidation.
- Big 4 audit companies experience, senior level.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of French is a plus.
