The teams of **GH intérim** are made up of passionate people, speaking French, German, English, Dutch, Luxembourgish, etc. and with several years of experience in HR in Luxembourg. **GH Interim is looking for a "Receptionist" for a client in Contern.** **YOUR MAIN TASKS** - Answering incoming calls, open barrier, welcome visitors - Handover of visitor badges and follow up - Handling outgoing mail, DHL - Workwear order communication - Hotel and taxi bookings - Pool cars: Management and follow up of pool-cars allocation to employees - Carfleet day-to-day administrative document management (tax vignette, fine etc.) Monthly gross salary : 3362 € Subsidised canteen Working hours : 8.00-12.00 & 12.30-17.00 **Your profile**: **YOUR PROFILE** - Minimum 2 years experience - Good presentation and communication skills - Customer care oriented, organized and ability to multi-tasking - Fluent in German and English, others languages are considered as a + - Microsoft office 365 proficiency (Word, Excel and Teams) - Personal car required **GH intérim**, **G**et **H**ired
