Hesperange, Luxembourg salonkee Temps plein

Salonkee, leading salon management software in Northern Europe, has recently raised €28 million in growth funding. We’re rapidly expanding and seeking new, diverse talent to join our growing team. As our company is on a fast track to greater success, it’s an opportune time to come on board and grow with our teams.

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on in-house graphic designer to join our Marketing team in February during a maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design, eager to grow their expertise while shaping and expressing the Salonkee brand across various marketing channels.

**What you will be doing**:

- ** Brand Identity Stewardship**: Ensure consistent representation of Salonkee's brand identity across all marketing materials. Actively contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the brand.
- ** Creative Asset Leadership**: Lead the creative process for a diverse range of assets, including print media, digital content, video production, and trade fair setups. Manage asset production and improve existing processes, with a focus on automation.
- ** Design Translation**: Translate complex B2B concepts into clear, compelling designs. Balance marketing needs for different target audiences: salon owners (B2B) and end-users of the Salonkee online booking platform (B2C).
- ** Process Enhancement**: Improve current processes, particularly focusing on the automation of design-related tasks.
- ** Database Management**: Maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video content to ensure organisation and accessibility.

**We’d love to hear from people with**:

- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on brand development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design software.
- Ability to translate complex B2B topics into comprehensible and engaging designs.
- Attention to detail, ability to double-check their work for potential mistakes before submitting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in English. German, French or Dutch language is a plus.
