**Responsibilities**:
Société Générale Securities Services is one of the main administration and custody actor for the fund industry in Luxembourg. We offer a complete range of services for institutional clients: liquidity management, custody services, funds administration, transfer agent and issuer services.
As part of the client service team, you will provide general support to client service managers in their daily tasks, and you will be in direct contact with clients (Asset Managers, Insurance or Corporates) to help them in their requests.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Keep the overview of client satisfaction
- Support client service managers in their daily actions and help them in SGSS digital transformation
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication to and from the client
**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master’s degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in **Economy/Finance**
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Proactivity, spearheading of proposals
**The VIE assignment in a nutshell**
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
