**_ Personal Assistant _**_- Your Role :_**

As a **Personal Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's partners and lawyers. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Administrative management**: Organizing schedules, planning meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- ** Internal and external coordination**: Acting as a key point of contact for international clients, lawyers, and partners
- ** Document preparation**: Drafting, proofreading, and formatting reports and presentations
- ** Priority management**: Tracking deadlines and handling confidential files
- ** Operational support**: Assisting in event organization and internal project management

**_ Personal Assistant _**_- Your Profile:_**
- ** At least 5 years of experience** as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in an international environment
- ** Fluency in English is mandatory** (spoken and written); **French and/or Spanish** are a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in office tools and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
