**What do we want to achieve together?**

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records of our entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment where your contributions will directly impact our financial success.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus, with an interest in automation and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
