Receptionist Fr/uk

**Function**:
In order to strengthen our mobile unit, we are looking for a **bilingual Receptionist** (M/F/x) for a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

You will have the pleasure to:

- Take care of the telephone reception in a qualitative and reactive manner.
- Ensure that visitors are welcomed in a professional manner and keep a watchful eye on their comfort.
- Handle mail, room bookings and various other administrative tasks.
- Represent Sodexo on our different sites, which you will all visit on a regular basis, varying your daily/weekly/monthly missions.

For this purpose, you:

- Speak French and English fluently (written/oral level C1 minimum), Luxembourgish and German languages will be considered as an asset.
- Have a first successful experience in a similar position.
- Have an excellent presentation and a developed spirit of service. Discretion is one of your strong points.
- Be recognized for your pleasant personality and your sense of diplomacy.
- Be available mainly from Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, sometimes until 10pm during the week and some Saturdays until 7pm.
- Are versatile and flexible, you are willing to travel to our different sites in Luxembourg (central region, one site per day).
