Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, **nous recherchons un Operations Officer - Forex, Money Market & Derivatives pour renforcer nos équipes à Luxembourg.** Les tâches et responsabilités seront entre autres: - Gérer les activités de back-office des produits dérivés OTC et des produits structurés. - Travailler en contact direct avec notre front-office et assurez le contrôle et la validation des transactions. - Assurer l'archivage des accords-cadres avec les contreparties OTC (ISDA, CSA, PRDR...) et veillez à l'exhaustivité des données relatives aux transactions pour les rapports. - Contrôler l'exactitude des transactions dérivées, enrichissement ad hoc et validation dans le système comptable central. - Contrôler la cohérence entre les produits structurés et les swaps de couverture. - Saisie des identifiants uniques de transactions (UTI) lorsque nécessaire. - Suivi des confirmations de transactions conformément aux techniques de mitigation des risques EMIR. - Assurer les paiements des flux de trésorerie et la réconciliation des flux de trésorerie. - Support opérationnel pour le front-office, la banque privée, le contrôle interne et les chefs de projet.
