Our Robert Half team is currently looking for an Experienced Compliance Professional for a 8-12 month contract to support a global asset manager in the compliance department. Our client is a leading active asset manager with over 600 investment professionals in over 20 offices worldwide and managing EUR 521 billion in assets. In your position of Experienced Compliance Professional, your responsabilities are: Maintain regulatory and auditor relationships in Luxembourg in the role of the "Responsable du Contrôle" for AML/CFT purposes and be registered with the CSSF Act as a trusted and independent partner advising our internal clients and our fund boards on AML/CFT matters in a timely and professional manner Conduct AML/CFT risk analysis, drafting, and updating of AML/CFT-related policies and processes and provide training to staff Participate in projects and other initiatives with colleagues in other locations Work collaboratively on various BAU control activities **In your role, your qualifications are**: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in AML/CFT Compliance in Luxembourg, preferably in asset management Very good knowledge of regulations related to AML/CFT in Luxembourg Good command of both spoken and written English is a must. French, German, or an additional language would be an advantage A team player, willing to work within a team but independently when required. Able to build positive relationships with stakeholders Committed to contributing to a strong Compliance culture within the firm and adhere to the firm's values Interested by this opportunity in interim management ?
