**Responsibilities**:
As a Corporate/KYC Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and upholding the highest standards of due diligence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Update the KYC database and files
- Maintain the register of beneficial owners and the register of shareholders
- Follow up with clients
- Sending letters to clients
- Liaise with notaries and lawyers during incorporation or restructuring

Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of **2 years** as a Corporate/KYC Officer or a similar compliance role within the financial or fiduciary sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant AML/CFT regulations and other compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of **French and English**, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions under pressure.
