To reinforce our current Marketing team, we are actively looking for an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist.

Your mission
Within a polyvalent and dynamic team and reporting to the Head of Marketing. In this new created role, your main tasks will include:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structure, keyword placement, and internal linking to enhance website visibility and crawlability
- Optimize and develop website content and landing pages to improve user experience, engagement, and conversion rates
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated with search engine algorithms, industry best practices, and SEO trends to ensure the implementation of effective strategies
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design and development processes
- Drive off-page optimization strategies, including link building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach, to improve website authority and visibility
- Develop and present regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics, to stakeholders and management

Profil
Your Profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a previous SEO role.
- Fluent in French/English, any other language is an asset.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present SEO strategies and reports to stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
