**About Our Digital Transformation**

We are building a **Data Fabric** as the foundation of our future operations—integrating planning, dispatch, and operational data into a unified, AI-ready environment. Leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem (Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI), complemented by visualization and workflow tools such as **Tableau** and **Jira**, our goal is to ensure that mobility decisions are driven by accurate, real-time information.

The **Digital Factory** plays a central role in this journey, creating products and automations that connect business needs with data-driven solutions, particularly in the context of public transport and on-demand mobility.

**About Your Role**

As a **Mobility** **Data Analyst & Power Platform Developer**, you will be at the intersection of **operational mobility expertise and digital product development**. You will ensure that planning and dispatch data—core to our mobility operations—is accurate, reliable, and actionable, while also developing solutions in the Microsoft stack to support scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

You will act as the **bridge between business teams (planners, dispatchers, operations managers) and the data/IT teams**, helping translate operational realities into structured requirements and digital tools.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **
Data Stewardship for Mobility**: Ensure accuracy and quality of planning and dispatch data (routes, shifts, incidents, vehicle assignments). Define data quality rules, monitor compliance, and resolve discrepancies.
- ** Data Quality & Documentation**: Establish clear standards, document lineage, and ensure transparency of operational datasets.
- ** Business-Data Bridge**: Work closely with planning, dispatch, and operations teams to capture requirements, structure datasets, and ensure operational needs are reflected in digital products.
- ** Agile Collaboration**: Contribute to backlog refinement, testing, and product evolution. Use **Azure DevOps** and **Jira** to manage tasks, stories, and delivery.
- ** Solution Delivery**: Support automation, reporting, and workflow optimization initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve transparency. Develop and maintain digital assets such as a **website CMS** where relevant.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Professional experience in the **mobility or on-demand transport industry**, with working knowledge of **planning and dispatch processes**.
- Hands-on experience with the **Microsoft ecosystem**: Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric.
- Practical exposure to **Tableau** for dashboarding and visualization.
- Proven experience with **SQL, Python (Pandas, Numpy)** and data analysis. Background in product analytics will be an asset.
- Familiarity with **Azure DevOps** and **Jira**, with agile product delivery practices.
- Strong grasp of **data quality, documentation, and governance** principles.
- Ability to bridge **business operations and technical teams**, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in **Economics, Analytics or Computer Science** required. Additional certifications in **Product Management, Business or Data Analysis** will be an asset.
- Fluent in **English**; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

**Success in This Role**

Within 6-12 months you will:

- Define and enforce data quality standards for planning and dispatch datasets.
- Deliver multiple Power Platform or Tableau solutions that directly support planners and dispatchers (e.g., automated approvals, operational dashboards).
- Ensure that operational KPIs (punctuality, driver hours, vehicle utilization) are fed by stewarded, reliable data.
- Be recognized as the go-to person linking planning/dispatch teams with the data foundation.
