**K&L Gates Volckrick** advises its clients in the areas of Asset Management & Investment Funds, Banking & Financial Services, Corporate/M&A, Asset Finance & Securitisation, Real Estate and Private Equity.

Participate in the development of the Luxembourg office and benefit from a high degree of autonomy in your work while working directly with the partners and receiving daily training. Work on interesting mandates and interact with the firm's other departments and offices - we encourage a client-centred approach.

You will be responsible for advising institutional, professional clients on a wide range of legal matters; you will liaise directly with the partners and be involved in all relevant aspects of the files you work on. By working closely with our clients, you will anticipate their needs and help provide unconventional solutions.

**Your profile**:

We know that a reliable relationship based on partnership is a prerequisite for good cooperation - within our teams and with our clients.- You have a Master's degree in law (LLM or a similar degree is an advantage) and are admitted to the bar in Luxembourg, Germany or another European country
- You have up to 2 years of professional experience in banking and finance law. Additional experience in investment funds/asset management or corporate/M&A is an advantage
- You are motivated, responsive, willing to learn and ready to provide high quality legal advice
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and French. Knowledge of German is considered an important advantage
- You are characterised by your entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness, as well as a meticulous approach to work and negotiation skills
