Team Banker **Responsibilities**: - Work in partnership with the Private Bankers and their teams across regions, to address the financial needs and expectations of the client and provide excellent client service and execution - Work with clients and Private Bankers, On-boarding team, Associate Bankers and Client Services team to facilitate account opening and completion of the mandatory documentation especially in KYC and AML, and aligned with local requirements - Provide support to the Private Bankers and work closely with product specialists to implement client decisions as well as servicing accounts on an ongoing basis. - Monitor and adapt to changes in business processes and policies and identify ways to streamline internal processes to make them more efficient. Projects for the GMM/Team leader as required. - Maintain learning program through internal courses and external certifications. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in Private Banking having covered the UHNW market / Demonstrated track record in relationship management - Pro-active, initiative and driven / Excellent communication skills, written and verbal / Excellent relationship building skills (with clients, and across hierarchical levels and other functions) - Regulated role with applicable/mandatory qualifications and/or licenses / RDR compliant, where relevant. **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This Role is a "Controlled Function" Role as defined by the Central Bank of Ireland Reform Act 2010 and Principal Regulations 2011, and amending Regulations 2014, 2015. **Job Family Group**: Private Client Coverage **Job Family**: Private Banker **Time Type**: Full time Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
