Basé(e) au bureau de Luxembourg, vous collaborerez étroitement avec l’équipe Fund Operations Credit Unit Linked. Dans un environnement dynamique et international, vous serez en charge de la gestion opérationnelle de plusieurs fonds, avec les principales responsabilités suivantes:
Monitoring de la performance:

- Contribution à la modélisation de la performance des fonds et monitoring des budgets ;
- Calcul et contrôle des NAV en relation avec les prestataires ;
- Contribution aux reportings investisseurs.

Transactions:

- Coordination de la création de nouveaux fonds ;
- Participation à l’exécution des transactions ;
- Coordination des flux de passif.

Contrôle et reporting:

- Monitoring de la trésorerie et de la capacité d’investissements ;
- Suivi des investissements (tirages, paiements des intérêts, remboursements ) ;
- Maintien des bases référentielles ;
- Analyses spécifiques à la demande des gérants ou des clients.

Opération:

- Sélection et suivi des relations avec les prestataires ;
- Coordination de la comptabilité et des paiements.
- Force de proposition pour l’amélioration des outils et des process.

Based in the Luxembourg office, you will work closely with the Fund Operations Credit Unit Linked team. In a dynamic and international environment, you will take ownership of the operational management of several funds, with the following key responsibilities:
Performance monitoring:

- Contribution to modeling fund performance and budget monitoring;
- Calculation and control of NAV in relation with service providers;
- Contribution to investor reporting;
Transactions:

- Coordination of the creation of new funds;
- Participation in the execution of transactions;
- Coordination of subscriptions & redemptions;
Control and reporting:

- Monitoring of cash flow and investment capacity;
- Monitoring of investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.);
- Maintenance of reference bases;
- Specific analyzes at the request of managers or clients;
Operation:

- Selection and monitoring of relationships with service providers;
- Coordination of accounting and payments;
- Force of proposal for the improvement of tools and processes.

Expérience de 4 à 5 ans sur un poste d’Opérations de Fonds en Asset Management.

Connaissance des produits financiers - la connaissance d’eFront est un plus.

Expérience sur Excel et la suite Office.

Esprit d’équipe - capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et en forte croissance.

Compétences analytiques, rigueur, autonomie et dynamisme.

Anglais courant impératif.

- _4-5 year's experience in an Asset Management Fund Operation position.

Knowledge of the financial products - Knowledge of eFront a plus.

Experience with Excel & Office Suite.
