The Role:
M&G are looking for an Office Administrator to join the Office Management team in Luxembourg. You’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive team that provides local support while collaborating with a global network of colleagues to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing general support to the Office Manager and Assistant Manager in all areas where required
- Receptionist duties
- First contact point for M&G and serves visitors by greeting them with a smile, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Assists with preparation of meeting rooms and that all equipment is operational in the rooms
- Supports continuity among work teams by providing support where needed and permitted
- Ad hoc duties as and when they arise
- Procurement of goods and services
- To assist team with locally provided HR support
- Processing of travel bookings
- Processing of expense claims
- To be able to assist in office with minor IT matters
- Event organisation

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Willing to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask and reprioritise
- Strong organisation/planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Written & verbal communication skills
- Very good command of the English language. German, French & Luxembourgish a plus
- Welcoming reception skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and comfortable working with other offices in different locations.
- Hands on approach to all requested
- Dynamic, problem-solving oriented with a high level of integrity
