Description Nous cherchons un-e as du contenu digital, aussi à l’aise pour écrire un post viral que pour optimiser une campagne Meta Ads ou créer une vidéo avec l’IA. Si tu manges des algorithmes au petit-déj, que tu parles couramment 3 langues et que Sora n’a pas de secret pour toi, ce poste est fait pour toi Vos **MISSIONS** principales seront: - **Stratégie digitale**: rétention) et programme de fidélité; - Analyser les performances des campagnes et ajuster les actions pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance (KPI, A/B testing); - Gestion end-to-end de Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) et Google Ads (recherche, display, vidéo, Performance Max); - Utilisation d’outils d’IA générative pour booster la productivité, pour générer du contenu, personnaliser les messages ou automatiser des processus. - **Création de contenu**: - Rédiger des posts, threads viraux, newsletters, scripts vidéo (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) - avec un ton adapté à chaque marché et en alignement avec notre brand voice; - Veille créative et benchmark des tendances (mèmes, formats émergents, IA générative); - Concevoir et produire du contenu créatif (textes, images, vidéos, etc.) pour alimenter nos réseaux sociaux, notre programme fidélité et notre site web; - Créer du contenu visuel et multimédia attractif, créatif et adapté à notre audience. - **Analyse et reporting**: - Suivre et analyser les KPI des actions digitales mises en place (trafic, conversion, engagement, etc.); - Générer des rapports mensuels sur la performance des campagnes marketing et proposer des actions correctives ou des améliorations. **PROFIL**, compétences et qualifications requises: - **Compétences, formations et maîtrise de logiciels**: - 3 langues maîtrisées à l’écrit comme à l’oral : Français, Anglais, Allemand; - Formation : Bac +3 en marketing, marketing digital, communication; - Expérience : Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en marketing digital et création de contenu ou être influenceur UGC; - Maîtrise des outils de création de contenu : Canva, Cap Cut, Sora, Veo, Nano Banana, Pletor, etc; - Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et des outils de gestion : Hootsuite, Agorapulse, etc; - Maîtrise des outils de création de campagne digitales SEO, SEA, et META. - **Qualités personnelles**: - Bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément; - Passion pour les réseaux sociaux : connaître les codes de TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram et les tendances avant qu’elles n’explosent; - Esprit data-driven : aimer les insights, les tests et l’optimisation en continu; - A l’aise avec l’IA générative : connaître bien plus d’IA que ChatGPT; - Créativité, capacité à penser "outside the box", rigueur et sens de l’organisation; - Esprit d'initiative et force de proposition; - Sens de l'analyse et de l'adaptation aux évolutions du marché; - Autonomie, implication et auto-didactisme; - Flexibilité, se rendre disponible certains soirs et week-ends.
