Description
**We are looking for a Loan Servicing Officer to join our growing team and play a key role in the administration of private loan servicing.**
This is a hands-on administrative position that requires precision, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

As a Loan Servicing Officer, you will support the accurate and timely processing of private loan transactions, ensuring that all documentation and cash movements are thoroughly reviewed and recorded. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team reporting to the Accounting Assistant Managers and contributing to the integrity of our financial operations.

Reporting to the Accounting Assistant Managers, you will:

- Receive and review agent notices related to private loan transactions.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of agent notices against cash movements.
- Perform timely and accurate cash reconciliations in the accounting system.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies between agent notices and actual cash received.
- Maintain organized records of all notices, reconciliations, and communications.
- Collaborate with accountants, agents and/or the client to resolve issues.
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities related to loan servicing.
- Assist in process improvements and documentation of procedures.

Your profile:

- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within a financial, accounting, or back-office environment.
- Comfortable handling numerical data and performing basic reconciliations; experience with cash movements or loan-related documentation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and recording information.
- Good organisational skills and ability to maintain clear records and follow structured processes.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with accountants, external agents, and internal teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to escalate issues when needed and contribute to process improvements.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools is an asset.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
