We are looking for an **Accountant** to join their growing finance team and take ownership of a portfolio of real estate companies.
**Accountant - Your responsibilities**:
- Full-cycle accounting for holdings and property companies (PropCos) - from data entry to financial statements.
- Manage consolidation, invoicing, payments, and tax filings using SAP.
- Liaise with tax advisors and external providers to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with property managers to ensure accurate real estate fund accounting.
- Ensure financial operations are compliant with internal policies and regulations.
- Take on more complex portfolios and responsibilities as you grow within the company.
**Accountant - Your profile**:
- ** 2-3 years of experience** in accounting, ideally within a financial structure.
- Fluent in **German** and English.
- Proficient in SAP - hands-on experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
