**About this role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Marketing Associate to coordinate the delivery of Clearstream Fund Services events, including but not limited to industry conferences, roadshows and webinars.

Location: Luxembourg

**Your main responsibilities**
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to understand event requirements and publicize events
- Brief the Events team and ensure the smooth delivery of events on budget
- Manage event planning, including scheduling speakers, liaising with suppliers, and managing events logistics
- Coordinate Clearstream’s attendance at industry events
- Support the delivery of webinars and other digital events
- Produce post event evaluation and provide insight and suggestions for improvements

**Your profile**
- Proven experience as event coordinator
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Experience organizing/hosting webinars (zoom + other events platforms)
- Ability to juggle multiple events at one time with the ability to manage competing priorities, work ahead of schedule, be efficient and have meticulous attention to detail
- Some travel required
