**Job Description**:
We have a superb opportunity to create a team offering RC services (“responsable du contrôle du respect des obligations” services) to a range of regulated and unregulated alternative funds. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established business with a strong, stable client as the business evolves and grows.
You will work in a dynamic team, with a “start-up” feel, and with significant international liaison with the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing other AML professionals and setting up a team offering RC services
- Taking mandates to act as RC for the range of client funds, with all that this entails
- Acting as an Advisor to the Board and Senior Management on AML issues
- Developing the compliance and AML/CFT framework
- Taking responsibility for AML issues, ensuring appropriate policies and procedures
- Ensuring appropriate AML/ CFT due diligence, site visits, and ongoing monitoring
- Preparing due diligence reports and presenting to the Boards, etc.
This is a role that will attract someone with excellent AML/CFT knowledge in Luxembourg:
- You’ll also have an entrepreneurial and autonomous approach.
- You’ll have a strong sense of ethics, and be a great communicator, confident addressing Board / Senior manager level
- You’ll enjoy building a team, and working in a flat structure with open communication lines
- You’ll have excellent English language skills
- You’ll have a strong attention to detail
- This is a salaried role, and there is no payment for client mandates. Full D&O insurance is provided
