For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Digital Mailroom Operator. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career:
**Daily tasks include**:

- Collect, prepare, scan, index and archive multi-channel documents;
- Process both physical and electronic documentation;
- Prepare documents for machine learning based processes;
- Process internal customer’s requests according to priority;
- Understand priorities and respect SLA's when processing documents.

**Your Profile**:

- You are a new graduate, or you have already experience in a similar environment;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- You have a good understanding in French and English;
- Good administrative skills including MS Office, documents processing and archiving;
- Previous experience with Sharepoint of any other electronic document management system will be considered as an asset;
- You are well organised, methodical and pay attention to detail;
- You have a strong team spirit and understand priorities as a team.
