**Exigences**:
**Expérience**: Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en développement Java et JavaScript, démontrant une solide compréhension des technologies.

**Expertise Front-end**: Aisance dans l'utilisation de HTML/CSS pour créer des interfaces utilisateur intuitives et modernes.

**Connaissances Techniques**: Maîtrise des APIs REST, gestion de certificats, HTTPS/SSL, et cryptographie. Expérience avec SpringBoot et SpringBatch est fortement souhaitée.

**Outils de Développement**: Compétences avérées dans l'utilisation de Git et Maven, avec une approche organisée et responsable.

**Qualités Personnelles**:
**Adaptabilité**: Capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en excellant au sein d'une équipe. Esprit d'initiative et sens des responsabilités sont des atouts essentiels.

**Créativité et Proactivité**: Une force de proposition pour contribuer à l'amélioration continue et à l'innovation.

**Agilité**: Familiarité avec la méthodologie Scrum pour des processus de développement agiles.
