**MISSION PRINCIPALE**

Au sein de la Société de Gestion AIFM, Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity Luxembourg S.A. (l’« AIFM »),
spécialisée dans la gestion de fonds Private Equity, Real Estate et Infrastructure, vous intégrerez l’équipe gestion
de portefeuille en charge de la revue des propositions d’investissement soumises à l’AIFM par les conseillers en
investissement des différents fonds et du suivi de la performance des fonds sous gestion.

**ACTIVITES**
- Au sein de l’équipe gestion de portefeuille, vous assisterez la fonction Portfolio Management et les différents comités d’investissement des fonds dans l’analyse des dossiers d’investissement proposés àl’AIFM ;
- Vous effectuerez un suivi de l’activité et de la performance des investissements et fonds sous gestion et préparerez un reporting régulier à l’attention des différents comités (conseil d’administration, comité d’investissement) ;
- Vous assurerez le suivi des structures de participation ;
- Vous participerez à la revue des valorisations des investissements des fonds sous gestion ;
- Vous participerez à la revue des rapports périodiques destinés aux investisseurs ;
- Vous contribuerez à la mise à jour et à la création de modèles (simulation de performance, de waterfall) ;
- Enfin, vous participerez au développement de projets de la société, notamment la mise en place d’outils informatiques dédiés à la gestion de fonds alternatifs.

**PROFIL SOUHAITÉ**
- Issu(e) d’une Grand Ecole, d’une formation universitaire de type Bac +4/5 en finance
- Connaissances générales en analyse financière/gestion de portefeuille et sur les actifs de type Private
- Equity, Infrastructure et Real Estate. Intérêt pour des certifications de type CAIA ou CFA.
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française et de la langue anglaise à l’écrit comme à l’oral ;
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et particulièrement Excel (VBA/Python étant un avantage) ;
- Capacités de synthèse (production de notes et de rapports) ;
- Esprit entrepreneurial, aptitudes d’analyse, fort sens critique, méthodologie et rigueur ;Autonome, polyvalent, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
