**Description**
- Vous supervisez un portefeuille de clients, en veillant au respect de toutes les réglementations pertinentes de l'entreprise.
- Vous dirigez et gérez une équipe dédiée afin d'atteindre l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Vous évaluez les contrats, les accords et les rapports d'un point de vue juridique, en veillant à leur clarté et à leur conformité.
- Vous organisez et participez activement aux réunions du conseil d'administration, en contribuant aux discussions stratégiques.
- Vous tenez et conservez les registres statutaires afin de garantir l'exactitude des données.
- Vous gérez les processus de facturation pour votre portefeuille, en veillant à ce que la facturation se fasse dans les délais et avec précision.
- Vous conseillez les clients sur la préparation et la soumission des documents nécessaires relatifs aux changements de nom, aux modifications des statuts et des mémorandums d'association, aux transferts d'actions et aux modifications du capital social.
- Vous collaborez avec les notaires, les avocats et les institutions financières pour faciliter les transactions.
- Vous assurez une communication claire et efficace entre les lignes d'activité et les autres départements internes afin de favoriser la collaboration.

**Profile**
- Être titulaire d'une licence en droit.
- Il possède un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience dans une société fiduciaire au Luxembourg, ayant exercé une fonction comparable.
- Il parle couramment l'anglais et possède une connaissance de base de la langue française.
- Faire preuve d'un engagement fort dans son travail et s'épanouir dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
