St George's is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a:
**Caretaker (Supply)**

Temporary Role, (Ad-hoc/upon need basis)

**Job purpose**:
This is an important role to manage the school's buildings, playgrounds, equipment, events preparation, and parking circulation, in a professional manner and within Health & Safety requirements. Working shifts on a rota basis between 7am to 9 pm.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for security handling at the School
- Supervise and monitor parking and school access in morning and afternoon
- Take care of and perform checks on outsides and on playgrounds
- Organise and take care of trash and the various containers on site
- Plan and coordinate preparation of rooms and spaces
- Plan and coordinate any maintenance of equipment and premises

**Your profile**:

- Technical knowledge in electrical, heating, ventilation or air conditioning would be advantageous
- Proficient in English with French, German being advantageous.
- Service-oriented, safety and teamwork minded
- Must have a responsible attitude and work within the school guidelines
- Any knowledge of sustainability in buildings will be an advantage
- Computer literate (Excel, project management software, Office 365)
