**Responsibilities**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Source and manage autonomously transactions and clients (Entrepreneur/private investor, Corporate & Institutional) being pursued (structured finance & corporate finance advisory)
- Lead the execution of corporate finance advisory and financing mandates
- Take an active role, together with the Head of Corporate Finance, in client development and presentations
- Identify improvement opportunities, mentor and coach junior team members as the team grows

**KEY TASKS AND DELIVERABLES**
- Originating (writing client presentations and transaction materials, preparing financial models and info memorandum/credit memos (internal or external)
- Researching and analysing company & industry data
- Writing client presentations and transaction materials, preparing financial models and credit memos
- Negotiating/Executing: (term sheets, mandates, legal documentations, etc.)
- Act as first “line of defence” for complex corporate lending solutions in accordance with BIL’s lending policy guidelines and governance rules.
- Promoting the Corporate Finance activity both internally and externally.

Must Have Requirements

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Educational specialisation_
- Corporate Finance
- Level of education_
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Languages_
- EN, FR, DE and LUX are considered assets
- Knowledge of Investment banking techniques_
- 10 year+ prior experience in corporate finance, structured finance, debt advisory
- Strong knowledge and previous exposure to structured finance, capital markets and corporate finance (M&A, capital structure, valuation etc.)
- Experience in drafting and monitoring contractual documents (LMA standard) for the bank, in particular with regard to mandates and complex loans.
- Office automation/IT knowledge_
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Type & years of experience_
- 10-year+ prior experience in corporate finance, structured finance, debt advisory
- Other requirements_

- Highly motivated, dedicated and willingness to learn combined with outstanding service and client orientation
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team
- Precise, attention to detail, organized with a good ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
- Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
