**_CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring Mobile Support to join a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg._**

**Your Missions**
- You configure and recover **IT equipment** (hardware) for users (including replacing damaged or obsolete equipment).
- You install, configure, supervise and support **software available** on the market or developed by the institution and accessible via the workstations.
- You install, configure and support the **telephone equipment** **(VoIP, GSM, and Smartphone)**.
- You perform basic system **administration activities**: this includes c**reating and modifying user accounts**, **monitoring**, and **unblocking** print queues, resetting passwords, etc.
- You keep customers informed on incident status and progress
- You draft and maintain documentation and keep the CMDB up-to-date
- You manage orders and repairs of mobile/tablet devices
- You **log all incidents**, service requests, and follow-up actions in the appropriate tools

**Your profile**
- You have **at least 1 year** **of professional experience in the IT sector**:

- You are **fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English (B2)**:

- You are familiar with **one or more** of the following software products or equipment**:Office Suite, Laptop, Printer, Windows 7 and 10, IOS, Android, Active Directory, SCCM, Mobile Iron, etc.**:

- You are **ITIL certified** (ITIL certification should be obtained within 3 months after the start of the contract)
- You have a strong knowledge of **IT support for users, networks, and multimedia**:

- You have **empathy and patience**, especially with users
- You have a **strong team spirit**:

- You like to work in an international team
