**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Oversee the installation and setup of new machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support in maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment manuals, repair logs, and spare parts inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in welded manufacturing, machine maintenance, and installation within an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in English and French languages, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. If you speak turquish is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including welding techniques, machining principles and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
