**Requirements**:

- Individuals with a drive for success and a passion for the audit profession.
- Strong knowledge and real exposure to USGAAP, with the ability to navigate complex financial reporting requirements.
- Experience in industries such as Private Equity (PE), Real Estate (RE), asset management, and other financial sector.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- French or German skills are considered an advantage.
- EU right to work - no sponsorship offered.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing audit engagements for the clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and directing audit assignments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Leading and developing a team of audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying control weaknesses, and implementing appropriate remedial actions.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members, mentoring them in their professional growth.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
