They are key to our projects, actively helping the Team to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long-term business goals. **EXCITING RIGHT? :) AND MORE PRECISELY, THEY TAKE AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR PROJECTS** - As a **Consultant specialized in Procurement**, you will be at the heart of the transformation of our clients’ procurement practices. You’ll support them on strategic and operational challenges such as performance improvement, digital transformation, and supplier innovation. - You’ll be involved at every step of the project, working closely with experienced consultants and directly interacting with procurement departments. **Your key responsibilities**: - Analyze procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities - Design and implement tailored purchasing strategies - Support negotiations and tender processes - Help track and analyze procurement performance indicators - Draft client reports and recommendations - Participate in procurement transformation and optimization projects - Contribute to the growth of our **procurement consulting offering** through market watch, tool development, and best practices sharing **Requirements**: **OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?** - You hold a **Master’s degree** in Procurement or Purchasing - You have **at least 6 months of experience** in a procurement-related role (internship, work-study, gap year, etc.) - You are curious, analytical, and comfortable with both written and spoken communication - You’re a team player with a proactive mindset and a drive to grow **AND YOU ARE** - Curious - Analytic - Solution oriented (POSITIVE) - You have passion for what you do. - Willing to learn and improve **BUT WAIT, IF BY ANY CHANCE...** - You're also Humble - Result oriented and pragmatic - "We " matters for you more than "I " and Fun **Benefits** => Genuine career tracks within a growing team of AMAZING PEOPLE => Fair & motivating salary package in line with top firms on the market (Company car + extra benefits) => Top learning opportunities to develop your skills and for personal growth => Over the top Managers and leaders who will respect you and act like mentors.
