Your Responsibilities | Associate - Counsel - Holding
- Legal - Private Equity - Real Estate

You develop legal policies with an aim to strengthen operations and mitigate legal risks for the group. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop tools such as legal document templates and engage in legal monitoring even outside of the transactional scope (labour law for example).

You maintain and adapt internal legal approaches to fit the strategic developments of the firm in Luxembourg and its positioning across jurisdictions. This includes coordinating and monitoring investment transactions in the real estate, private equity and infrastructure sectors as well as intragroup financing transactions

You contribute to the development and upkeep of close-strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved throughout the firm’s value cycle.

Ideally, you have developed inside a global law firm's Corporate division, or you have gained this expertise working for a company as a Legal Counsel or Senior Associate. Having three years of continuous experience in Luxembourg is a necessity, even though the foreign experience is highly valued.

You are fluent in English and comfortable in an international business setting and culturally diverse working environment.

Your perseverance and diligence enable you to complete challenging assignments, and your adaptability enables you to operate on multiple fronts.
