The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Compliance Officer**

12 months Fixed-Term Contract (F/M)

We are looking for a proactive individual for a replacement within our Compliance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the evaluation, implementation and update of policies and procedures
- Perform, Monitor, follow-up and assist in implementing any actions identified as necessary based on the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Prepare communications to the various stakeholders
- Prepare and participate in giving internal AML-CFT and Compliance trainings
- Perform 2nd Line KYC checks on new and existing Issuers and Members as well as preparing the files for approval
- Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of the Digital KYC tool
- Guide client services teams in relation to AML/KYC matters
- Give input and written reports on AML/KYC regulatory issues
- Perform screening on new clients, analyse screening results and ensure proper escalation when necessary
- Deliver periodic reporting on AML controls and compliance controls

- Excellent knowledge of Luxembourg’s finance sector regulation as well as the legal and compliance environment in Luxembourg
- Significant relevant experiences
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French. Other languages would be considered as an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, PowerBi and SharePoint
