**Lux-Advisory** is a consulting firm specialising in project management and information systems. Our
consultants work on very high value-added projects in international contexts. As part of our
development, we are looking for an **ECM Solution Architect / Technical Lead BAW - Senior.**

**Responsibilities**
The BAW Architect and Technical Lead is responsible for the technical direction of projects to
implement an enterprise content management and business process management solution based on
IBM's Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) solution, including DATACAP, Filenet, BAW and BPM.
He works closely with technical teams, functional analysts and clients (ministries and government
administrations) to ensure the success of projects. The mission consists concretely of the following
tasks in each of the projects:

- Technical Solution Design:

- Define the technical vision of the solutions to be created in collaboration with the
architecture team.
- Design, document technical analyses and develop generic IBM BAW technical

components (e.g. BAW Toolkits including data, coaches and generic REST service calls)
to cover the identified needs in a generic way.
- Detailed technical analysis: produce and update technical analyses of projects, based on

detailed functional specifications.
- Gap analysis: Review the gap analysis provided in the detailed specifications brief, to identify

gaps between user needs and existing solutions.
- Implementation and parameterization:

- Supervise and contribute to the implementation and technical and functional
configuration of the solution in close collaboration with the developer team.
- Maintain and update existing BAW solutions to ensure scalability and compliance with

the latest standards.
- Documentation: document the technical and functional configuration of the modules, the

configuration of the instance, the interfaces and any configuration carried out.
- Tests:

- Participate in the various unit and technical test cycles, including non-regression and
performance tests.
- Write and carry out test cases to guarantee the quality of the BAW solutions

developed and ensure non-regression and backward compatibility between the
different versions of the implemented business processes.
- Release & Deployment: Prepare and monitor the deployments of solutions in the various

environments until the release into production, in particular by updating the repositories and
documentation for administrators and users (deployment manual, configuration, user guides).
- Agility: participate in the creation and maintenance of the backlog and the estimation of the

effort and load required for the implementation. Participate in the realization of the sprint
planning, sprint review and retrospective sprint in close collaboration with the project team.
- Compliance with standards: ensure that the design of project-related implementations

respects the best practices and standards established at the framework level.
**Skills**
- Minimum of 350 man-days of experience as a BAW technical leader over the last 3 years.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a technical leader / developer on IBM Filenet, Case

Management and BAW/BPM
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architect on IBM Filenet, Case Management and

BAW/BPM
- Proficiency in English with a minimum level of C1
