**We are looking for Odoo consultant, with background in Finance/Accounting, to join our internal Admin team**:

- Location: Global / Europe (Luxembourg, Germany, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Georgia)

**Your role will cover the following areas**:

- Acting as the primary technology contact for the internal business client (Finance/Accounting) and providing technical walk-through to Odoo developers.
- Being responsible for Odoo technical delivery, covering various tasks: solution design, system testing co-ordination, technical documentation and deployment activities.
- Converting business/functional requirements to technical requirements. Leading Epics/User stories review process, estimating user stories, planning capacity, timeline.
- Analyzing/identifying gaps in business/functional requirements, discussing required changes and adoptions with relevant stakeholders.
- Migrating changes from the development environment to the test environment and then to the production environment
- Documenting all project steps, changes and supporting in maintaining the project quality and risk plans, and tracking progress against planning.
- Providing technical leadership on projects by ensuring necessary guidance and coaching to team members and business stakeholders.

**Your skills**:

- At least 5 years of IT experience with no less than 2-3 years of Odoo project experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, other technology-related field, economics, finance or relevant experience.
- Experience in Finance and/or Accounting in an international organization.
- A Odoo customization, configuration and migration experience
- Hands-on configuration experience with Odoo Studio module
- A thorough understanding of Odoo Deployment Process and tools
- Fluency in English.
