**Start Date : ASAP - open to freelancers.**
**TASKS**:
- Definition of the core business and technical capabilities expected from a BPM solution that could complement Serapis;
- Support few members of the company’s core lending unit (1 business analyst, 1 technical expert, 1 solution architect) in ramping-up the BPM solution field;
- Support the company’s core lending unit in assessing different BPM solutions.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in implementing BPM solutions (i.e. PEGA; SalesForce) in large (more than 500 employees) international organizations (experience with supranational, international and/or EU institutions) ideally in the finance field (banks, insurances);
- Software architecture experience is recommended.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- BPM solutions (i.e. PEGA, SalesForce);
- Certification in a BPM solution would be a plus;
- English writing skills (C1 European Level).
