Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

FANUC Europe Corporation - Contern, LU, 5315 **What is the role?** Your task will include: - Design / create dashboard - Optimize inventory distribution across Europe - Design / create smart Demand planning / distribution tool - Studying different forecasting models using machine learning - Retrieving and combining data from multiple sources - Factor in technical aspects into the planning - Streamline tools within all planning departments - Support coordination and execution of supply, demand and inventory planning, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain strategies and operational goals. **Who are we looking for?** - **Proficiency in **SQL and NoSQL** for data extraction, transformation, and querying across structured and unstructured databases. - Solid understanding of **Business Intelligence (BI)** principles and practices, particularly in supply chain and demand forecasting contexts. - Hands-on experience with **Power BI** for developing interactive dashboards and visual reports. - Familiarity with **Microsoft Fabric** and its integration within modern data analytics ecosystems. - Working knowledge of **Python** for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics. - Ability to write and optimize **DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)** for complex calculations and data modeling in Power BI. - Experience in **dashboard development**, including layout design, KPI tracking, and user-centric visualization. - Strong communication skills and **fluency in English**, both written and verbal. - A true **team player** who contributes positively to group dynamics and shared goals. - **Open-minded** and receptive to new ideas, feedback, and diverse perspectives. - Strong **analytical thinking** with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. - Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Genuine **interest in supply chain** operations and demand planning processes. - Comfortable working with **different cultures**, showing adaptability and cultural sensitivity in global team settings. - **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to make sense of numbers**: - **Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose effective solutions**: - **Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders** **What do we offer?** You will be given a 360° insight to a European Supply Chain department that supports European business in a variety of different areas.
