**What you will be doing**
Regarding Corporate Finance, your main task will be:
- Assume responsibility for general group cash management procedures;
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to treasury management, including but not limited to cash handling, disbursements, and fraud prevention
- Manage the group investment activities and liquidity making decisions in line with a defined group risk profile;
- Manage the organization’s short-term investments, ensuring optimal returns in accordance with established risk tolerance levels
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on cash position, forecasting, and investment activity for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and its auditors, coordinating the completion of all required documentation and responding to any questions or concerns
- Evaluating investment opportunities to determine their potential impact on the group financial position
- Assist in the development of financing strategies
- Maintain relations with banks
Regarding E-Money treasury, your main task will be:
- Manage the fund liquidity of the electronic e-money institution;
- Contribute to the implementation of an effective liquidity risk management and control framework aligned with the E-money institution risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and best practices;
- Formulating relevant stress test scenarios;
- Provide senior management with forward-looking analytical insights into the e-money liquidity risk profile;
- Engaging with the audit and risk committees to identify, measure and control liquidity and funding risk;
- Drive the implementation of best practices and analytical techniques for evaluating the liquidity risk impact of the e-money products and strategies;

- Practical knowledge of a broad range of capital markets and deposit products;
- Thorough knowledge of financial legislation, regulations and practices;
- Liquidity risk management experience;
- Familiarity with stress testing methodologies and processes;
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills;
- Relationship building and collaboration;
- Experience with implementation of treasury technology projects is an asset.

The role is based in Luxembourg. If you’re not already based there, we can support you with a relocation package.
