You will be an integral part of our client's team, leveraging your expertise to design, engineer, implement, and monitor complex information systems while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance standards, with a specific focus on cloud solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance Leadership**: Spearhead compliance projects to certify that all corporate information systems meet or surpass benchmarks, ensuring our systems are at the forefront of security standards.
- **System Architecture and Engineering**: Utilize your expert knowledge to design, prototype, and engineer cybersecurity solutions, including configuring and operating cloud security. Evaluate and enhance existing systems for better efficiency and compliance while designing new architectures to meet evolving requirements.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, prioritizing stability, performance, and security. Implement continuous monitoring strategies to detect and remediate vulnerabilities, including cloud security measures to safeguard information integrity and reliability.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity practices seamlessly with organizational strategic goals and compliance demands.
- **Audit and Reporting**: Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities. Generate detailed reports on audit outcomes, system performance, and compliance status, leading efforts to mitigate gaps and enhance system capabilities.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Offer expert advice and training to team members and stakeholders on compliance standards, best practices, and technical procedures, ensuring the team is equipped to support compliance and security efforts effectively.

**Professional Skills**:

- **Experience**: 10 or more years in IT, with at least 5 years in security architecture or related roles.
- **Cybersecurity Expertise**: Advanced knowledge and experience in cybersecurity.
- **Industry Standards**: Exposure and knowledge of industry standards such as CMMI, ISO 9001.
- **Cloud Expertise**: Certification or proven expertise in AWS security solutions is a plus.
- **Education**: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- **Certifications**: Advanced Cybersecurity Certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is a differentiator.
- **Technical Skills**: Excellent understanding of network security, authentication, authorization, cryptography, OWASP Top 10, and full-stack IT infrastructure.
- **Soft Skills**: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.

**Other Requirements**:

- EU Citizenship
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
