**What do we want to achieve together?**:

- Implement process optimization techniques, such as PDCA cycles, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Streamline workflows to reduce bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve productivity.
- Build a strategic roadmap to align operational processes with business goals, driving long-term success.
- Promote and support team development by coaching on Lean methodologies and management practices.
- Enhance overall quality and performance through regular assessments and adjustments.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- Strong leadership experience, with a focus on managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste through process optimization.
- Ability to drive cultural change and instill a mindset of continuous improvement across teams.
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams, facilitate workshops, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Experience in strategic planning and aligning operations with broader business goals.
- Capacity to mentor and coach team members in Lean thinking and practices, ensuring their professional development.
