**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Your daily work consists of:

- Recording and drafting weighing tickets in K-Soft, Unix.
- Noting weighing anomalies.
- Dispatching suppliers to the store or production.
- Recording daily vehicles.
- Enforcing safety and environmental rules with drivers.
- Managing fire alarm alerts.
- Central communication in case of accidents or incidents.
- Video surveillance of the site and dispatch of interventions.
- Managing clock-in cards for external companies outside of office hours.
- Vehicle checks and searches for outgoing vehicles.
- Handling phone calls outside of office hours.
- Centralizing, drafting, and sending production figures.
- Drafting reports on holidays and weekends.
- Occasional administrative tasks and maintenance work (gardening, cleaning, DIY).

**Profil**:
Here is an overview of the skills required to join us:

- Previous experience in a similar position,
- Proficient in French, English, German, any other language is an asset,
- Proficient in computer tools.
