We're looking for someone to join the team that is:
- Creative and innovative, develops ideas and concepts to differentiate the brand and capture the attention of the target audience and is willing to experiment with new approaches.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate marketing strategies, vision, and goals to stakeholders across the organization.
- Brings strong analytical skills, experience using data and insights to understand effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Is collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
This position can be based in Luxembourg/ Poland/ Netherlands/ Italy/ Spain/ France/ United Kingdom
**Our Team**
**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify needs and develop engagement strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives in region. This involves identifying target audiences and selecting the appropriate channels to engage and nurture these relationships.
- Build partnerships with internal (HR, recruiting, site leaders, Koch communications, and business communications teams) and external (creative agencies, job boards) stakeholders, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value.
- Analyze and report on recruitment marketing metrics to understand effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with employer branding trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience in marketing, employer branding, or related field with the ability to think critically about the competitive landscape and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing channels (such as social media), content marketing and SEO.
- Experience with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing and leveraging them to drive growth and engagement.
- Experience in social media and job board content planning, calendar development and company review management. (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn)
