On behalf of our client, a bank in Luxembourg, we are hiring a Legal Counsel (M/F/d).

**Your responsibilities**:

- Supporting the bank in all legal concerns to clients, authorities and other contracting parties
- Drafting legal opinions, preparing and negotiationg contracts and other customer documentation
- Coordinating the cooperation with external law firms
- Working on regulatory projects as well as supporting the launch of new products from a legal point of view
- Creating training courses for internal staff

**Your profile**
- You are a fully qualified lawyer
- Proven experience on the Luxembourg market (minimum 3 years), preferably in bank or fund law
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to classify circumstances from a legal perspective
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
