Salonkee is transforming how salons work and how customers book their appointments. Our feature-rich salon management platform is trusted by thousands of salons across 6 countries to manage everything from calendars and clients to point-of-sale and payments. On top of that, our online booking platform and mobile app are used by millions of customers each month to discover and book appointments with salons near them.

Our product is at the heart of everything we do, and it’s constantly evolving. As we continue to expand into new markets and work with more and more salons, we’re building new tools and refining existing ones to meet the varied and growing needs of our professional users.

We’re looking for a **Product Owner** to join our product team. This is a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of products - always in close collaboration with developers and designers - and bring user-friendly, delightful features to market.

**What you will be doing**
- Drive the product development process from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate daily with developers, making sure they’re unblocked and empowered to ship high-quality work
- Own and refine the product backlog: write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritise ruthlessly
- Translate complex ideas into simple, valuable solutions - thinking like the customer at every step
- Work alongside UI/UX designers to ensure features are intuitive and elegant
- Use research, feedback, and product metrics to deeply understand customer needs and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the overall product roadmap and vision as we scale across Europe

**Who you are**
- You’re a detail-oriented product owner who loves turning big ideas into shippable software
- You thrive in agile teams and enjoy working closely with developers and designers
- You write crisp Jira tickets and know how to keep a sprint moving
- You care deeply about the end user and are driven to create products that solve real problems
- You bring structure to complexity and don’t shy away from challenging decisions
- Fluent in English; French or German is a strong plus. Luxembourgish is a stellar bonus ()
