Tétris Project Director

We are looking for a Project Director for a 1 year Fixed-term contract to join our team in Luxembourg.

We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).

What this job involves
You’ll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
You’ll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
**Your role will include**: briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
Once the works starts, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.
You have an experience in a similar role and environment.
A degree as interior architect or engineer will be useful
You’ll have fluent knowledge of English and French.
You are at ease with technical building issues (HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical)
You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable.
You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
You are a team player
You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations
You are proficient in MS Office and MS Project
