We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products or services, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **MISSIONS**_
- Create and manage a portfolio of clients and prospects in the construction industry: initial contact, sales, and invoicing.
- Prepare estimates and follow up on offers.
- Provide reports and statistics on activity to the supervisor.
- Conduct telephone and in-person prospecting of clients, including follow-up and daily monitoring.
- Utilize and enhance existing client database.
- Advise clients on financing and optimization, as well as service contracts.
- Prepare financing and tax optimization documents.
- Generate additional sales.
- Process leads.
- Maintain client files and ensure client follow-up.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Job Profile**
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and significant expertise in building materials and products.
- Knowledge of the local economic landscape in the construction sector.
- Proficiency in office software: Word, Excel.

**Experience**
- Prior experience in sales is desirable.
- Any additional experience will be considered an asset.

**Education**
- BTS NDRC (Negotiation and Digitalization of Customer Relations) or equivalent business school diploma.

**Salary**
- Depending on the profile.
- Sales commissions.
