**Your role**
- Have you supported multiple projects using smart multitasking skills? Do you want to play a key role in driving change in a global entity? Do you have a tax background in the finance sector?
- We're looking for Junior - Tax Project Assistant for 18 months to:
- provide support and assistance on integration projects across different divisions of UBS with focus on tax topics
- take ownership of the multiple program stream status updates
- explore different data sets to produce project reports
- contribute to the effective implementation of tax risk controls
- collaborate with internal teams to implement new client tax reports, tax services and tax products with support of senior team members.

**Your team**
- You'll be working in the Client Tax Services & Regulatory Tax Reporting team in Luxembourg. The tax team is supporting tax reclaims for clients and is in charge for relief at source in multiple countries. Further, the team is preparing country specific income tax statements. Moreover, we are in charge for the regulatory tax reporting. As a Tax Project Assistant, you will play an important role an integration project.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 1-3 years of project experience support or equivalent master's degree in economics / tax / finance
- good understanding of processes and project methodology
- great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- solid organizational skills, known for hitting deadlines
- strong attention to the fine points, and highly risk aware
- methodical and concise, with a solution-oriented way of thinking
- highly motivated, able to work independently and in a a team
- ability to resist pressure.
