**Your Job**

As part of our Services Team, we are looking for an experienced leader to drive the development and transformation of our Certified Tower Specialist.

**Our Team**

**What You Will Do**
- Provide leadership and development of our Certified Tower Specialist (CTS) Team in Europe with a focus on developing and improving quality, safety, and documentation standards.
- Manage projects for our technical service jobs, including planning shutdown and inspection schedules in collaboration with clients and our staffing manager.
- Support the CTS Team with upfront job preparation and troubleshooting during execution of field inspections, including recommending and coordinating short
- and long-term repairs.
- Cooperate and coordinate closely with our site services team for installation and maintenance works in the refinery and chemicals industry.
- Improve our database for technical services jobs and ensure proper documentation to develop long-term maintenance schedules for our clients in the refinery and chemicals industry.
- Support the service sales team in identifying and developing new service and maintenance opportunities in the refinery and chemical industry.
- Ensure proper documentation of service jobs to develop long-term maintenance schedules for the refinery/petrochemical towers of our clients.
- Identify required spare parts and equipment prior to turnarounds and further develop our spare parts services.
- Coordinate and manage projects related to spare parts equipment deliveries for turnarounds.
- Drive optimization of Europe support regional needs.
- Communication and collaboration of global teams supporting service needs.
- Drive Transformation of reporting and documentation.

**Who You Are**
- Background in the refinery/petrochemicals business, preferably in the field of maintenance work or shutdown execution.
- Experience in leading a Field Service Team
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ideally, a network within the refinery industry.
- Very good communication skills.
- Team Player and strong proactive approach
- Fluent in English.
